Do you ship in the US?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Normally the US shipments are free, there may be
countries with specific import taxes and duties that could also apply.


How long will it take for my jewelry to arrive?

It depends on the piece of jewelry you have purchased. Each piece on our website is handmade, which means that processing times vary depending on the piece of jewelry you purchased. Generally, the waiting time for the most detailed pieces is 15-21 days, but if we have the item and the right size in stock, we will send it to you within 4-6 business days. Once the order is sent, a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number is sent.

What shipping providers do you use?

We use Ferrari Spedizioni and Malca Amit, a long-standing, trusted partners to luxury brands worldwide, and have built their leadership on a strong reputation for trustworthiness.

How do I track my order?


Once tracking details are available, we'll send you an email with your tracking number and estimated arrival date. The number can also be found on your account profile on doralia.com.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by credit cards and you can also pay via cryptocurrency. We use the Stripe Payment System to ensure the best-in-class security tool to maintain a high level of security.

 

Will I be charged of duties fees, taxes or other fees?

We offer free shipping worldwide but if you are buying from a EU country you will have to pay VAT on the jewel. If you are buying from the United States or Canada, you will be exempt from paying additional charges upon delivery, except duties.

 

For other international shipments

There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Doralia does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact us at hello@doralia.com. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

 

Do you have discount codes? How do they work?

We have discount codes for special occasions such as St. Valentine’s Day, Christmas or specific promotions.

To receive our Welcome Promo Code, register on doralia.com. You will receive an email with the promo code you can use storewide.Once you chose your Made in Italy jewel, follow the checkout instructions and enter your discount code, then click on “Apply Discount Code”.
