How do I return or exchange an item?

Returns Form must be received within 14 days of the original delivery date. The item must be returned  in a new and unused state, in perfect condition with all tags. Doralia will not accept any returns if the product shows signs of wear, usage, has been altered from its original condition or size.

How long does it take for a return to be processed?

Our goal is to process your return as quickly as possible. Returns may take one to two weeks to process and at least one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
