As a general rule, custom-made items are non-refundable unless they present a defect, in which case our manufacturer's warranty applies.
Items that are one of a kind pieces, customized, engraved, made to order can not be returned. If an item is altered in any way that requires the customer to pay more for it than the origianal online price, it can not be returned. No item can be returned if the client specifically requested any engraved phrase/word/date.
Our engraved products can be customized with a phrase, a letter, or a name of your choice. All you have to do is tell us at the time of purchase.
There are some jewelry items that can be customized, such as those with initials. For some pieces, you can choose the color of the enamel coating. Our Live Chat option on the website allows you to text us your wishes and we will try to accommodate them as best we can.
