We are affiliated with 13 jewelry artisans in the US who can assist you and make the repairs. You will need to send the damaged item along with the warranty and order number to one of these locations.

Do you offer engraving services?

Our engraved products can be customized with a phrase, a letter, or a name of your choice. All you have to do is tell us at the time of purchase.

 

Can I personalize your jewelry?

There are some jewelry items that can be customized, such as those with initials. For some pieces, you can choose the color of the enamel coating. Our Live Chat option on the website allows you to text us your wishes and we will try to accommodate them as best we can.

 

Do your diamonds come with a certificate?

All our jewelry pieces with diamonds come with the GIA certificate and the certificate of guarantee.
