Is registration free?+
Yes. Creating a buyer account is free and unlocks direct contact with the workshops.
Can I buy directly on Doralia?+
No. Doralia is a showcase: you contact the workshop and agree the order directly with them.
Who handles payment and shipping?+
The workshop. Payment terms, shipping and customs are agreed between you and the maker.
Are the pieces really made in Italy?+
Yes. Every workshop is vetted and every listing is reviewed by our team before publication.
Are prices final?+
Listings show indicative USD ranges. Final prices depend on quantity, customization and terms.
Can I request custom pieces?+
Many workshops accept customizations and private label requests — ask them through the contact form.
